BLAINE ACTIVITY CENT ER/MARY ANN YOUNG CENTER – BLAINE, MN
We collaborated with a team of contractors, the private developer, City of Minnetonka, Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and the neighbors to create a new street, cul-de-sac, utilities, landscaping and innovative stormwater BMPs including a multi-functional grass infiltration basin. We worked closely with Minnehaha Creek Watershed District to asses and implement enhanced stormwater BMPs to provide water quality treatment and added storage capacity that exceeded their baseline requirements, which also helped to obtain a cost-share grant from Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
