Our team collaborated with Trammell Crow, Doran Construction, the architect, geotechnical engineer, mechanical engineer, City of Minneapolis and multiple contractors to successfully model, design, approve and install a drain tile and pump system for this 182-unit luxury apartment complex in downtown Minneapolis. This groundwater and stormwater management system will continue to manage the seasonally high groundwater levels and perimeter drainage while protecting the building’s foundation from future water damage. Construction started in 2013 and was completed in the summer of 2014.
