Our team collaborated with the commercial property owner, lead architect, City of Roseville, Rice Creek Watershed District, Ramsey County and several contractors to successfully complete the renovation of this 2-acre parking lot and landscape features in an urban commercial setting.  Along with improving the flow of traffic and building accessibility, we created a connected system of bio-retention basins for stormwater treatment, storage and infiltration. Within these stormwater basins, we selected native and resilient plants to enhance the aesthetics, decrease the use of potable water for irrigation and to greatly improve water quality. Construction was completed in the fall of 2013.
